Custom Orders
For a smooth custom order experience, please review these guidelines covering design approval, production, and delivery. Your understanding helps us provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Thank you for your support.
The estimated timeline for custom product development is based on the initial project scope and is subject to change. Delays may occur due to design revisions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline as soon as they arise.
Final design approval is required before production can commence. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays. Please review mockups thoroughly to ensure they meet your expectations before giving final approval.
A non-refundable deposit is required for custom projects. This deposit covers initial design work, material sourcing, and other preparatory steps. Please be aware that once the process has started, the deposit cannot be refunded, even if the project is canceled or postponed.
Please note that if a prototype or sample is requested, it may extend the overall project timeline. The production process will be paused while the sample is created, reviewed, and either approved or approved with revisions. Any further revisions requested may further delay the timeline. Samples incur an additional cost, which covers the materials, labor, and shipping. This cost is separate from the final product price. Consider this impact on both the timeline and budget when requesting a sample.
Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. While we strive for consistency, these variations are inherent in custom-made products and are not considered defects. We will do our best to match your specifications as closely as possible.
All custom products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery. However, if any defects are discovered upon receipt, please notify us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after delivery or due to improper use.
Production will not commence until full payment (or agreed upon payment schedule) is received. Any delays in payment may result in extended lead times. Upon order confirmation, payment is requested within 5 days of the invoice date to ensure timely preparation of your order for production.
Custom product development is limited to the specifications provided at the time of order. Any requests for additional customizations or changes after the order is placed may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.
Cancellations of custom product orders are subject to a cancellation fee, which covers the cost of materials and labor already expended. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the stage of development at the time of cancellation.
Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change due to production schedules, shipping availability, and other factors outside of our control. We will do our best to meet your desired delivery date, but cannot guarantee it. Any additional shipping costs for expedited delivery will be the responsibility of the client.
