Care Guide
RCO.
Please read the care instructions for your Rendall Co. apron before washing, as different fabrics like denim and garment-dyed materials require specific care and may bleed or fade.
Garment dyed Aprons
Our garment-dyed aprons require special care to maintain their unique color. Machine wash separately in cold water with mild detergent, avoiding stain removers, bleach, and soaking to prevent color bleeding. Line drying is recommended to prevent shrinkage, but you can tumble dry on low. Use a medium heat iron if needed.
DENIM APRONS
For denim aprons, machine wash separately in cold water with mild detergent to maintain color and avoid shrinkage. Line drying is recommended to prevent shrinking and fading, though you can tumble dry on low if needed. Use a medium heat iron if necessary, testing a small area first and ironing on the reverse side to protect design elements.
WAXED APRONS
Our waxed canvas aprons are known for resisting stains and spills, should only be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid machine washing, bleaching, or ironing. Over time, the wax may fade, reducing water resistance. To refresh your apron, you can reapply canvas wax, such as Otter Wax, following the product's instructions.
Jackets & Shirts
Rendall Co. apparel and uniforms are machine washable and dryer-safe. For longer wear, hand wash, spot bleach, or dry clean. To prevent shrinkage, dry on low heat. For stains on white tops, apply diluted bleach or stain remover to the spot, rinse in warm water, and avoid applying it to the entire garment to prevent fabric damage.
